Brihanna Staschiak, CAPM
Founder & Principal | CFL Land Planning & Development
With over a decade of experience in land acquisition, entitlements, permitting, and horizontal development, Brihanna has managed projects for some of the nation's largest homebuilders and developers. Her background spans due diligence, planning, engineering coordination, permitting strategy, and construction oversight throughout Florida and beyond.
Prior to launching CFL Land Planning & Development, Brihanna held leadership and development roles with national homebuilders including Meritage Homes, Perry Homes, Richmond American Homes, Century Communities, and PulteGroup. Today, she leverages that experience to help developers, investors, landowners, and builders navigate complex development challenges while minimizing risk and accelerating project timelines.
Known for her proactive approach, strong consultant network, and deep understanding of the entitlement and permitting process, Brihanna serves as a trusted advisor from initial site evaluation through project completion.
